On Sunday, my mom and I met with a cute Yorkie, Tino, and we fell in love with him. Tino was shy at first, but came around to coming up to us after a couple minutes. We became fast friends in that half an hour meet and greet and he even gave me kisses!
I could hardly believe how easy it was to become acquainted with Tino and he was comfortable letting me walk him outside. He never barked, growled, or pulled, but confidently guided me to where he wanted to go. After asking all of our questions to the Rescue, we completed the paperwork and collected all of Tino's possessions. He climbed right into my lap in the car and stayed with me the whole way home. We picked up some chicken on the way home for lunch. What a great day!
We went to the pet store and picked up a bunch of toys, treats, and accessories. The treats we are trying: UPDATE! I stopped giving him Rawhide treats.
We had some concerns about him during the night so we picked up a bag of disposable wraps.

The pet store was a great place to meet new doggie friends and schedule a grooming appointment. Looking forward to long walks and playing ball with Tino.
